     'Online Shopping' is the process when people purchase things by using an online interface instead of visiting a market.Consumers can search for and purchase products from almost  anywhere if the vendor makes his products available through the internet.Consumers find a product of interest by visiting the website of the retailer directly, or do a search across many different vendors using a shopping search engine.

• Cannot buy low priced or perishable items on the web
• Shipping fee is often a big discouragement for online shoppers
• Consumers are at higher risk of fraud on the part of the merchant than in a physical store
• Older people in particular are not comfortable operating computer and they will never  purchase online because of the same reason
